How I work

How a requirement moves through to delivery.

  1. Understand the work

Start from how the job is actually done, not from a feature list.

  2. Agree the scope

What the system will and will not handle, written down and agreed before build.

  3. Automate the repetition

Repeated judgments written up as rules and moved into code or templates.

  4. Verify and hand over

Measured before and after, documented for whoever picks it up next.

Working with AI tools

  • Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and local LLMs, used daily for design review, implementation and documentation
  • Architecture decisions, scope and final review stay with me
  • Tool-generated code ships only after review
