Freelance, solo
I turn internal business work into web services
A full product delivered solo in about seven weeks
Read the full caseWork I also take on
- New web services and admin back-offices
- New features and improvements on an existing service
- Turning spreadsheet and paper routines into a system
- Integration with outside systems and APIs
- Data-processing automation and in-team tooling
- AI and LLM features: chatbots, document processing, task agents
If your project is not on this list, ask anyway. You will hear whether it is feasible and roughly how long it would take.
I do not take on design-only work, native apps that need app-store distribution, or embedded day-to-day operations.
Time and cost
These are baselines. Scope and price are settled in writing after the requirements conversation, then the work starts.
- Small improvements and automation
- From ₩2,000,0001–2 weeks
- A new service, built end to end
- From ₩8,000,0004–6 weeks
- Larger scopes
- By arrangement
- The baselines assume a known screen count and known integrations.
- If the requirements are not written down yet, scoping runs first, separately.
Once signed, finishing the agreed scope comes first. Handover documentation ships with the final delivery.
How it runs
Every requirement moves through the same four steps, and each one leaves a document you can check.
Understand the work
Start from how the job is actually done, not from a feature list.
Agree the scope
What the system will and will not handle, written down and agreed before build.
Automate the repetition
Repeated judgments written up as rules and moved into code or templates.
Verify and hand over
Measured before and after, documented for whoever picks it up next.
